Pre Season Performance Courses
The Development Academy is the perfect way for all young cricketers to improve their skills, technique and confidence
during the winter months under the watchful eye of some of the best coaches in the county. The Development Academy
runs for eight consecutive weeks and includes 16 hours expert cricket coaching bringing professional cricket coaching to
you all year round, in your local area.
All the cricket coaching is run by a combination of level two and three coaches. Young cricketers will receive expert
coaching throughout and experience drills used by professional players on a daily basis as well as gaining information
that most professional cricketers will admit they didn't have until well into the professional development. Let GL

The Development Academy is aimed at young cricketers who are wanting to improve their all round game as well as
their mental approach to the game. The age range is under 12s (aged 7 to 11) and under 16s (aged 12 to 16), talented and
fast developers will be challenged and progressed into age ranges/groups set to test their ability, constantly pushing
and striving for improvements.
The Development Academies will all take place at excellent, local venues with good facilities, please look at the various
course to find your nearest GL Performance Cricket Centre.
